Holeshot Motorcycles recently moved into a new showroom in Salisbury, which was previously an empty warehouse. The showroom required a heating and cooling system to provide a comfortable environment for customers and employees i.e., it needed to be transformed into a comfortable and climate-controlled environment. However, the new showroom presented a challenge of finding an energy-efficient solution that would also keep costs low.
The customer required a low carbon cost effective heating and cooling solution for the showroom and mechanics workshop, a system that effectively reduces the heat load of the building and reduce ever rising expensive energy bills that provides value for money. Looking into the future Holeshot wanted peace of mind and required a long warranty along with regular maintenance to ensure the longevity of the system.
Air Control advised Holeshot Motorcycles to invest in insulating the building to reduce the heat load. This effectively reduced the power needed for the air conditioning systems, reducing installation costs and energy bills. Additionally, Air Control suggested installing various state of the art Fujitsu single split invertor driven air conditioning systems in the showroom and workshop to provide efficient heating and cooling.
To ensure the longevity of the system, Holeshot Motorcycles signed a planned preventive maintenance agreement with Air Control. This agreement activated Air Control’s 5-Year Platinum Warranty, providing peace of mind for the customer.
