Chris Halligan required a high-quality air-conditioning solution for his beautiful family home, with a system that would provide reliable heating and cooling throughout multiple rooms while complementing the interior design of the property.

Chris had received a number of quotations and, while Air Control were not the cheapest, he chose to proceed with us due to our local presence, professional approach, and reputation for quality installations and aftercare. A key design requirement was that the indoor units should blend seamlessly into each space, with one unit acting as a deliberate design feature.
Air Control designed and installed a high-end Toshiba multi-split air-conditioning system, serving the home with a total of five wall-mounted fan coil units. This configuration allows multiple indoor units to operate from a single outdoor unit, delivering efficient heating and cooling with independent control in each room.
One of the standout features of this installation is the Toshiba Black RAS-B16G3KVSGB-E wall-mounted fan coil unit, selected specifically for its striking appearance. Finished in a sleek black gloss, the unit acts as a design feature in its own right, complementing the modern interior while delivering quiet, powerful performance.
The remaining wall-mounted units were carefully positioned throughout the home to ensure even air distribution and discreet integration with the décor. All pipework and interconnecting services were neatly concealed, preserving the clean lines and high-end finish of the property.
